ABB`s experts use secure cloud applications that collect, combine, analyze and visualize installation data 24/7 until proactive reporting, based on performance level. This allows customers to quickly and efficiently receive decision documents to improve their availability, production throughput or product quality, thereby increasing their profitability and the performance of their operations. Mass data from facilities or fleets is linked to strong sectoral knowledge.
The goal is to create new potential for value creation with customers. 10 ZVEI-Directive: General automotive quality agreement for electronic components 11. Notifications and terminations / PCN, PTN The supplier makes the parts available to the customer using the manufacturing process, equipment and location, as for mass production by the customer. If a proposed change requires a PCN, the customer must be notified of the customer`s authorization. A written customer authorization is required prior to delivery of the modified PCN (Product Change Notification) components: a PCN application must be submitted in a timely manner on the scheduled implementation date to take into account the customer`s qualification load and oem approval.
